Q: With InterSweep, must I buy any additional software or hardware?
A: All hardware and software is included for your location.
Q: For additional locations must I buy any additional hardware or software?
A: For each location you would purchase an InterSweep Probe which contains all the necessary software.
Q: Can I set my own tolerances and capacity levels?
A: Absolutely! InterSweep provides an easy path to setting levels.
Q: Can different people get notified if problems arise?
A: InterSweep accommodates various methods of notifications.
Q: How difficult is it to add servers, printers, etc. to my network?
A: InterSweep provides an amazingly easy "GUI" interface to allow modifications to your network in just a few simple mouse clicks.
Q: Can outside locations monitor their own local network using a Probe?
A: No. In those locations you would install the Reporter model of InterSweep which would allow local access as well as reporting to the home office.
Q: How many devices will InterSweep recognize?
A: Hundreds of "hosts" per Enterprise/Reporter, dozens per Probe and dozens of Probes per Enterprise/Reporter.
